How long we store personal data
One Consciousness Academy does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. One Consciousness Academy keeps the provided personal data for 7 years after the last contact. During this time, it may be necessary to consult previous information or training courses taken in connection with required preliminairy training. After these 7 years we can assume that the customer relationship has ended. This retention period can be shortened if the customer relationship from one or both parties is explicitly and definitively terminated earlier.

One Consciousness Academy only provides to third parties if necessary to implement the agreement made with you or to comply with a legal obligation. This is the case, for example, with our accountant who processes the written invoices.

One Consciousness Academy takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. And One Consciousness Academy’s accounting is encrypted and protected with a password that only one Consciousness Academy authorized personnel can access.
