What can this training do for you?
This three-day Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ is a training in which you will have the opportunity to grow further beyond the level of the Master. You will learn to work at a higher level, including independently giving activations and channeling. This requires absolute discipline and a commitment to yourself and your inner process, for you have to understand that your spiritual and personal development is never ‘done’. There is always room to grow, and to do so you need integrity. You must be able to be complete honest with yourself and to others without ego (I-consciousness). This may sound obvious, but in practice it does not always turn out to be the case, therefore it is really necessary to have commitment and discipline .
During this Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ training you will learn how to master the activations and how your inner power is stretched to facilitate more energy than ever before. The latter gives you as Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ unlimited possibilities in terms of facilitating a large amount of energy. This is an absolute integration of inner Mastery over energy work.
In addition, you will also learn how to give the renewed three-day Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Practitioner to students. If you have the goal to teach, it is the intention that after the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Coach & Trainer training you will practice well with the learned material to make it completely your own. A few months after the training follows an exam weekend after which you will receive an official certificate to be able to teach as a recognized Mahatma Coach & Trainer™. This means that you can give both the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Practitioner and the one-day Angel Light Facilitator independently. The oppurtunity to do so is a great gift because every time you give training to a group of people, you too will benefit from entering a deep process of transformation.
Establish yourself
Because you learn to give training you can make yourself independent by starting your own business/practice, if you wish ofcourse. After this training it is in principle possible to become self-employed, focussing among others on healing and coaching. In addition, after the exam weekend you can also offer the three-day Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Practitioner and the one-day angel workshop the Angel Light Facilitator. These are just options and there is absolutely no obligation, but experience shows that people often want to start something for themselves.
It is not that the Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ is only about learning to give the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Practitioner and the Angel Light Facilitator. No, it goes way beyond that. It is about the beginning of God realization of the highest level without being in the ego or in separation. The Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ gives you the opportunity to develop yourself outside the comfort zone of the mass collective.

Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ guidance
For anyone who has taken part in the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Practitioner it is possible to participate in the valuable return days. These important afternoons or evenings are organized by the Mahatma Coach & Trainers. All recognized Mahatma Coach & Trainers can be found on the Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ page.
During the multi-day training courses of the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis, a lot shifts and you get quite a bit of information to process. In practice it has turned out that some find it difficult to get started with all that has been covered. This is especially the case when you do not know anyone else with whom you can practice or exchange experiences. That is what the return days were created for: to be able to come together easily and practice with each other under the guidance of a recognized Mahatma Coach & Trainer™.
Such a return day will always start with an extensive clearing and from there on the Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ will continue to work with the group. If you become listed on our page of recognized Mahatma Coach & Trainers, you can also offer this extra guidance and support.
Walking the path of mastery in love
This Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ is a big step towards Inner Mastery. You can share your knowledge with friends, family or possibly with your students and then help them in their path. The approach to this should be honest, friendly but consistent and helpful to the friend, family member or student without Ego, domination and without being worshipped as a so-called Guru. In the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Coach & Trainer we will discuss, among other things, the theme Mastery over I-consciousness and one consciousness on an esoteric level, so that actually can be understood what it means and what responsibility is needed to follow this path.
This Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ is the transformation from Master to Coach & Trainer. This means you’ll go deeper in your own inner spiritual and personal process, of course in your own pace, and when you are ready for it you can put yourself out there in Mastery from love.
The word Avatar comes from Sanskrit and literally means Incarnation of God. It indicates a being who has achieved perfection at the end of his successive incarnations. As such, the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Coach & Trainer has knowledge about I Consciousness & one consciousness and controls all aspects of human existence. When he/she incarnates, it is always for the purpose of fulfilling a Cosmic mission and leading humanity on the path of spiritual evolution.

Exam, further training & recognition
After this Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ training has been properly completed, you will receive a temporary certificate. This certificate is proof of participation but does not give permission to give the registered training courses owned by One Consciousness Academy. First should the covered material be completely mastered by practicing. If you are interested in teaching, the annual refresher course with the exam must be successfully completed, which will take place a few months after the Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ training. After that, you will receive an official Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Coach & Trainer™ certificate and a sublicense that allows you to work as a certified Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ for the coming year. This means that you can give the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Practitioner, the Mahatma Practitioner & Master return days (provided you have gained sufficient experience) and the Angel Light Facilitator. You can organize the return days in consultation with us.
The annual refresher course with the exam spreads out over 3 days. On the first day the exam will take place and on day 2 and 3 your skills and knowledge will be expanded so that you can independently give the Mahatma Avatar of Synthesis Practitioner and the Angel Light Facilitator. You will also receive multiple upgrades so that you can really establish yourself powerful as Mahatma Coach & Trainer™.
The annual refresher course is given once a year and participation is required to remain certified as Mahatma Coach &Trainer™. That way we can continue to guarantee quality and current affairs to students. When the exam has been passed successfully, you will receive a renewed annual recognized certificate and sublicense. Recognition means that you will also be listed on the Mahatma Coach & Trainer™ page. There are a number of conditions attached to this.
